Once your order ships from our studio, you can expect shipping times of approximately 2-5 business days. Please note due to the flammable nature of perfume we cannot offer express shipping to some locations.

Returns:

We accept returns only for damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please email info@siuno.com.au immediately with your full name, address, order number, date of purchase, name of items, and details of damages as soon as possible. We will respond within three business days with instructions for returning the goods. Please refrain from shipping the items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
