Shipping and returns
Our artisanal fragrance house creates in small batches. We typically process orders within 3 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday). Once your order ships from our studio, you can expect shipping times of approximately 2-7 business days for local orders and up to 10 buisness days for international orders. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note due to the flammable nature of perfume we cannot offer express shipping to some locations.

Returns:
We accept returns only for damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please email info@siuno.com.au immediately with your full name, address, order number, date of purchase, name of items, and details of damages as soon as possible. We will respond within three business days with instructions for returning the goods. Please refrain from shipping the items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive damaged items or products that are different from what you purchased on our website, we offer a refund, credit, or exchange. To initiate the return process, please email info@siunofragrances.com with your full name, address, order number, date of purchase, name of items, reason for return, and a photograph of the damaged product.
