Our artisanal fragrance house creates in small batches. We typically process orders within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note due to the flammable nature of perfume we cannot offer express shipping to some locations.

Australia

 

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: AUD $10

  • Express Shipping: AUD $15

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over AUD $100

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Metro: 2–4 business days

  • Regional/remote: 5–10 business days

Express delivery estimates can be checked using origin postcode 5000.

Free shipping thresholds may change at any time.

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: AUD $20

  • Delivery: 1–3 business days

Duties and taxes may apply depending on NZ Customs.

Italy 

All Italian orders ship directly from our Milan warehouse using UPS.
All duties and taxes are included.
No customs fees. No surprises.

Standard Shipping:

  • €10

  • Delivery: 2–4 business days

Express Shipping:

  • €15

  • Delivery: Next business day to major cities

  • 1–2 business days to regional/remote areas

Duties & Taxes: Always included.

European Union

All EU orders ship from our Milan warehouse.
Duties and taxes are included for all EU countries.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: AUD $20 (approx €12)

  • Express Shipping: AUD $25 (approx €15)

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over AUD $100 

Delivery: 3–5 business days
Customs: None — EU to EU shipping.

United Kingdom 

Shipped via UPS.
All duties and taxes covered. No surprises. 

  • Standard Shipping: £10

  • Express Shipping: £15

  • Delivery: 3–5 business days

United States 

Delivered with DHL Express Go Green.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: USD $25

  • Delivery: 3–5 business days

Duties & Taxes:
Orders under USD $800 enter the USA duty-free.
You will not be charged additional import fees.

Returns:

We accept returns only for damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please email info@siuno.com.au immediately with your full name, address, order number, date of purchase, name of items, and details of damages as soon as possible. We will respond within three business days with instructions for returning the goods. Please refrain from shipping the items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive damaged items or products that are different from what you purchased on our website, we offer a credit, or exchange. To initiate the return process, please email info@siunofragrances.com with your full name, address, order number, date of purchase, name of items, reason for return, and a photograph of the damaged product.
