    Returns:

    We accept returns only for damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please email info@siuno.com.au immediately with your full name, address, order number, date of purchase, name of items, and details of damages as soon as possible. We will respond within three business days with instructions for returning the goods. Please refrain from shipping the items back before receiving confirmation from us.

    Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you receive damaged items or products that are different from what you purchased on our website, we offer a credit, or exchange. To initiate the return process, please email info@siunofragrances.com with your full name, address, order number, date of purchase, name of items, reason for return, and a photograph of the damaged product.

    Consciously crafted from 100% pure plant material. Our raw materials are sourced seasonally from sustainable and ethical growers.

    Free from synthetic fragrances, phthalates, parabens, alcohol denaturants and isolates. 

    We honour the spirit of alchemy by preserving the whole essence of plants in our perfumes. Unlike other natural perfume brands, we do not use isolates. Isolates, while naturally derived, extract only a single molecule from the plant often through chemically intensive methods—and lack the traceability and integrity of whole botanicals. In contrast, our approach ensures that the plant's complete profile and energy remain intact, respecting the natural harmony and potency of the botanical world.
